Tomorrow, we'll be swimming with some friends and having lunch. It's supposed to be a hot one, so it's a good thing we're planning to swim. Otherwise, we'd fry like an egg on the sidewalk. We've also made an appointment for tomorrow with an orthopedist to see why Sam is still having problems walking. Not sure what the answer is, but I just hope there is a good reason instead of a bad one. I never dreamed his pain and troubles would last this long, so I'm a wee bit frightened of what we'll hear.
Tonight at swim practice, we learned that Jack can only be signed up for 3 events instead of the normal 5. We've decided on the 100m IM and the butterfly. We're letting Jack choose his final event between the free and the back. I'm pretty sure he'll go with the free, but he's got a better chance of placing in the back. Most all kids compete in the free and are relatively decent at it. Few of them like, or want, to do the back. On top of that, he's not bad at the back, but he definitely doesn't like it over the free. SO! We'll see what he picks for his final event, but it looks like we're set for All Stars! Looking forward to the meet!
