In no particular order

Jack really enjoyed the hydrobike! We were pleasantly surprised by this state park, so we went ahead and made reservations for our annual summer camping trip with our cousins. We'll be able to ride the hydro and canoes to our heart's content!
Sophy and I were discussing the finer points of the nastiness of boys.

We had to pause on our hike for The Trio to conquer a fallen tree.

PDad's mom drove up for a quick visit. Here you see her attempting to smile while thinking, "Why am I here!?" Ha!

PDad is explaining to Sophy about the Spikey Elm. We also learned about The Devil's Walking Stick, Mayapple Trees, and other interesting factoids. He's a walking plant encyclopedia.

Our first hike on Night #1.

Sophy was pretending to be an indian scout while using a weed as her "headdress." The cabin in the background was the one we stayed in. It was built during the '30's by the CCC. Very clean, but very old!

I'm off to take Jack to swim, and then back here to huddle in the warmth of my house. Brrr, it's cold outside. Looking forward to dining with the QM gals tonight at a new place! Wish we had more pleasant weather, but oh well!
