New Theme Park

I heard about this place (watch the clip) today at the beauty shop, but didn't catch the name of it. Took me a good bit of googling once I got home because production isn't very public yet, maybe plans fell through? It's called Coolzone Winterplex and is to be built in Dallas this year, so says a couple of articles I read. Not sure if it's being built or what.
They mention in this little clip that most snowboarders/skiiers in Colorado are from Texas which I didn't know, and would've never thought. But now the other article that I just read while searching makes sense. It was a very nasty article from a Colorado based resort's employee's blog that said that they wished this would go through and be built so "all of the Texans coming to Colorado would stay home" because the good folks of Colorado were, apparently, tired of Texans being there. Hahaa. Uh, okay. Nice to know how you really feel. HAHAHA!
I'm not much of snow enthusiast, so they don't have to worry about this Texan on a Texas slope OR a Colorado one. You can be cold when you're dead, is what I think. And I don't plan on being cold and dead a minute before I have to be. I think the Winterplex will use that snow that doesn't melt stuff that the folks sell at the mall.
Gotta go make some chicken and sausage gumbo and a cake!
