Thursday had it's moments.

Let's see. The day started off with me leaving Jack in the nurse's office at school with his head hurting (first migraine he has had in a long time) in hopes that his medicine would kick in allowing him to go to class. The nurse called me around 9 that Jack still looked and felt horrible, so I called PDaddy to see if he could come get him...but alas, no he could not. My mom recently had foot surgery, so Pop went to pick him up. I then took Sophy to the doc for a strep test (which came back negative) and returned in time to give 2 of the 3 semester tests I was required to give today. PDaddy ended up getting Jack mid-afternoon from my folks, and I passed Sophy off to him as I rolled back in to the school. I had been back in the classroom about 10 minutes when Sam's teacher called to tell me that Sam wasn't feeling well and was complaining of a sore throat. I talked with him on the phone and asked him to please try to make until 3 o'clock. Good boy that he is, he made it work. I checked his temp when we got home, and it was 100. UG!! Looks like we'll run to the doc in the morning with him, so we don't go in to the weekend with something brewing. There is sooo much mess going around the schools right now, that there is no telling what he has caught. Now Jack is complaining of pain behind his ear, of course. WHEESH!
Well, we've got a fire in the fireplace and pizza hut on speed dial. Thursday has been a week long all by itself.
