Gymnastics

Gym class went a little better than I expected tonight. The class is much smaller than her previous class, and she was able to get WAY more one on one time than before. The best news of all is that she has a totally different coach, at least for tonight. I am hopeful that she'll have this new coach from now on. This group is mostly older girls, but they were all on about the same level. They did a lot of trampoline drills and worked one on one with a spotter on back handsprings, quickening up the round offs leading into a back handspring, and one hand cartwheels. Also, the time they spent on warming up and stretching was way more in depth. I think she got way more out of this class than she has since she had been moved to the Tuesday night class. She had a great time in class and worked so much harder than she had been working in the last couple of weeks.
Gotta jet. We just put the kids to bed, and we're gonna watch True Beauty. Have you been watching this? OMG. It's so sad. I can' t believe I'm admitting that I watch it!
(Julie! I did look up the cabins in the Smokies. We REALLY loved them!! We're going to call about a couple, but I'm pretty sure we'll be staying there! Thanks telling us about them!))
