I met my SIL at the tea room today for lunch...ok, the truth. We met for lunch, but we were really after the chocolate chip scones and hot tea. Sluurrp. We made a stop at the book store to pick up a few books for our little turkies, and I then headed to Strawns to pick up pies for tomorrow and Friday. I think I saw about 40 pies leave in the 60 seconds that I was in the store. Talk about a well-oiled machine.
PDaddy made steaks and artichokes for dinner tonight. Not that I had much room left in me from stuffing myself at lunch. It's a shame there'll be more stuffing of myself tomorrow and Friday. A crying shame.
