We celebrated the upcoming birthday of one red headed little monster last night. The kids were keyed up, Party Central was wild, the cake was sugar-filled, and the go carts were a hit. Does it ever stop sounding trite to say that you can't believe how fast time flies? It was just yesterday that the boy came out of the womb flourescent orange and as mad as hornet. Well, some things haven't changed! I've had to remind him several times that he isn't officially eight until Tuesday morning, but it hasn't convinced him.

I realize it is early, but "Happy Birthday, Sam!" I remember your old TLOL journal entries about when he was a baby. Seems impossible that he will be having another miracle day!
